Unicode character representation
Character representation defined for Unicode. SAP supports the representations UTF-8, UTF-16, and UTF-32, and the byte order can be platform-dependent. UTF-16 is the system code page of a Unicode system. The programming language ABAP supports the subset UCS-2 without surrogates.
