CDS type CDS object in ABAP CDS. A CDS type is defined in a CDS type definition language using the CDS TDL of ABAP CDS. A CDS type is defined when it is activated. CDS types can be reused in other CDS entities and in ABAP after the addition TYPES. Currently, the following CDS types are available:
